Great little hotel well located for Pier 2 arts centre. Super friendly staff (Thomas at reception was wonderful) who were so helpful and accommodating. Very clean with the most comfortable beds. We were kindly upgraded for free to a room with twin double beds (rather than twin singles) - this had no window but that actually was a massive plus as really helped us get a great night sleep (a much needed 14 hours given jet lag and exhaustion from Megaport festival!). Slept so well we missed the complementary breakfast hours. But fantastic coffee nearby at lil chamb so we didn’t mind missing breakfast. Felt very safe as reception staffed 24/7 and is on 6th & 7th floor of building - at night staff checked what room we were in before walking us to it so felt very safe and secure. Very quiet in our rooms. Amazing beds as above plus lots of towels in bathroom. Useful amenities like water foundation at reception and cash points next to hotel. Easy to get to from Zuoying HSR by train or cab and only a short walk to Pier 2. Would 100% stay here again, thank you so much for a great stay (and my first night of amazing sleep since we arrived in Taiwan!).

Fantastic spacious big and comfortable room! Nice wood design, very cute modern interiour, glad the airco works well and very clean room. Very quiet in evening, had very good night sleep. Next to busstop and easy walk to metro station, also close to many restaurants and night market. The hosts are superfriendly and helpful, one of the best stay in Taiwan, would definetely come back here!

Great location, convenient, about ~10 min walk to the metro if needed. Close to fantastic restaurants. Staff was extremely kind, generous, and helpful. Entrance is unassuming, but rooms are clean and a good size.

I lliked the bedroom which has a nice vibe and the staff was super friendly. The location was also nice, as it's close to the MRT, night market and some other highlights of the city.

The staff is very kind, welcoming and professional. The room was a good size and the bathroom had a tub and shower combination. Good central location.
